Lockdown Random

A time of reflection, for me, for many…
scattered with thoughts and memories
Triggers, and keywords to some time, somewhere, before
some good, some bad, some beguiling…
Dot to dots, piercing a dark silhouette at random
mirroring the shooter, hand-stretched, eyes shut,
ears plugged to the wire… screaming
“It’s not me, your not me, I’m not you…”
Scorched by the bullets of time passing…
I did not burn out, I survived’
Reborn like the Pheonix, to rise up and soar once more.
